What does it mean PRE-ORDER?
PRE-ORDER means I don’t have on hand the item, or simply it’s not out yet. For this reason it will takes some time for me to ship it to you.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that from the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
What to do if I receive a Damaged items? What if some contents are missing?
It is important to provide us an unboxing video, as this will help us evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution. After reviewing the matter, we will provide a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.
